TO TRANSFORM LIVES BY SUPPORTING PROJECTS THAT INCREASE ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING
57 MILLION CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL AT ALL
Parents everywhere share a desire to give their children the best possible start in life but, sadly, a basic education is still beyond the reach of many young people around the world. Through our projects we aim to improve levels of educational participation and achievement among those who need it most.
INTO Giving supports projects that increase access to education and improve the overall quality of teaching and learning. Increasing access will get children in to school, but improving the standard of teaching and learning means that more children are likely to complete their primary education and transition to secondary school. If children complete the full cycle of education their opportunities in life are greatly improved.more about INTO Giving

New Project: School Club Zambia, The Kampasa Community School
One of our new INTO Giving funded projects for 2015 involves both the School Club Zambia and the Kampasa Community School, Lusaka, Zambia. Over £10,000 will be donated to fund the E-learning and Community Development Centre (E-LCDC) at the Kampasa Community School. INTO Giving will provide the initial capital for the centre, and fund the first four months’ running costs.
By 2017 the income generated from the E-LCDC should provide a sustainable income source to maintain the running costs of Kampasa Community School. The income generated will contribute to on-going funds for the school, particularly the teachers’ salaries, ensuring its long-term sustainability.
